Skyray Charter S.L. ("we", "us", "our") operates the motor boat charter service at Marina Es Molinars, Palma de Mallorca. We are the data controller for all personal information collected via this website and our booking system. Contact: info@skyraycharter.com

We collect the following personal data when you make a booking or send an enquiry: full name, email address, phone number (optional), and booking details (date, boat, number of passengers). We do not collect payment card data directly — payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to: (a) process and confirm your booking; (b) contact you regarding your booking or enquiry; (c) comply with legal obligations (e.g. passenger manifests required by Spanish maritime authorities). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal Basis
We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity (to fulfil your booking) and legitimate interest (to respond to enquiries). Where required by law, we will seek your explicit consent before sending marketing communications.
5. Data Retention
Booking records are retained for 5 years to comply with Spanish tax and commercial law. Contact enquiries are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us; we will comply within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
6. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies required to operate the site (e.g. language preference). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is shown because no non-essential cookies are set.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
