1. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation email from Skyray Charter and full or partial payment as specified at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Skyray Charter reserves the right to cancel a booking due to adverse weather or mechanical issues; in such cases a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
3. Safety Rules
All guests must comply with the instructions of the skipper at all times. The skipper has final authority over all on-board decisions. Guests are required to wear life jackets when instructed. Swimming and snorkelling are at the guest's own risk. Guests under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances may be refused boarding without refund.
4. Capacity & Age
Maximum vessel capacity is 8 passengers. Children under 12 must wear a life jacket at all times while on deck. At least one adult must accompany any minor on board. Children under 3 years of age are not recommended for full-day charters.
5. Liability
Skyray Charter carries full third-party liability insurance as required under Spanish maritime law. We are not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during the charter. Guests are responsible for any damage to the vessel caused by negligence or misconduct. Our liability is limited in all cases to the value of the charter fee paid.
6. Weather & Force Majeure
The skipper reserves the right to modify or cancel a route due to weather conditions deemed unsafe. Force majeure events (storms, port closures, government restrictions) do not entitle guests to a refund of a non-refundable booking, but a rescheduling credit will be offered where possible.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca.
